Cherupushpa Mission League has flourished in our parish along with our Catechism unit. If Catechism has taught them the lessons of being a real Christian in all aspects, CML has taught our children how to put all they have learnt to practice. The empirical learning gained by pulling up their sleeves and getting their hands and feet dirty, to go that extra mile to console and comfort the needy and to find joy and satisfaction in it, is one of the greatest lessons CML has to offer. The initiatives envisaged and executed by CML unravels a world of reality, of poverty, hunger, abandonment, to the young generation who lead a life of sumptuousness, in order to make them aware of their call to help and support.

The special care that we have taken to instil in the children, the need and necessity of lending a hand to the poor and the needy has put us on the map of recognition as one of the service- oriented churches of Mandya.

Our simple, innovative initiatives to be a Samaritan to the ones in need has always been an inspiration to many parishes. ​.
